How long will shipping take?
Shipping time will depend on the product and the shipping speed you select at checkout. Unless otherwise stated on my site banner, it usually takes me 2-3 business days (excluding preorders) to get your order ready for shipping.
Please keep in mind that preorders will take longer to ship! You can see the estimated timeline on each preorder product's page.

Do you do returns and exchanges?
Because Meridrop is a one-person studio, I can’t offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Please review product details and garment measurements before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email me at meridropmail@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order with your order number and photos, and I’ll make it right.

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
Please send me an email at meridropmail@gmail.com with your order number, old address, and new address! If I haven't shipped out your order yet, I'll be happy to update the shipping address. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, I won't be able to help.

Can you add a gift note to an order?
Yes! Please send me a message through my Contact form immediately after placing the order, and include your order number and requested gift note. I cannot add gift notes to orders that have already been shipped, so please send me the gift note as soon as you can!

When will my order ship if I buy both preorder and non-preorder items?
Orders containing preorder and in-stock items ship together when the preorder is ready. Please place separate orders if you need available items sooner!

Will you ever open up shipping outside the US? 
Probably yes! I just need to spend some more time figuring out shipping to other countries since the tax laws, etc can be very different and I want to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks for your patience!
